1. Program Description
KAGE Japanese Streetwear ("KAGE," "we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that allows you to receive marketing and promotional messages via SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) on your mobile device.
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive messages about:
- New product launches and restocks
- Exclusive promotions and discounts
- Flash sales and limited-time offers
- Order updates and shipping notifications
- Brand news and announcements
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from KAGE Japanese Streetwear at the phone number you provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS marketing to make a purchase on our website.
How to Opt In

- Transactional Messages: Order confirmations, shipping updates as applicable
During promotional periods (sales, product launches, holidays), message frequency may temporarily increase.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for each text message you receive.
KAGE does not charge any fees for our SMS program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
If you have questions about your mobile plan, please contact your wireless carrier directly.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from KAGE at any time using any of these methods:
Text STOP
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from KAGE unless you opt in again.
Note: Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your email subscription or account status. You may continue to receive transactional emails about your orders.

7. Supported Carriers

Your mobile phone number and SMS program participation are subject to our Privacy Policy.
We collect your phone number solely for the purpose of sending you the messages you have consented to receive. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider (Klaviyo) solely to facilitate message delivery and program management.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out at any time by texting STOP
- Request deletion of your phone number from our SMS list
- Access information about the data we hold about you

9. Disclaimer of Liability
KAGE and its SMS service providers are not responsible for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
- Technical failures or network outages

- Charges applied by your mobile carrier
- Content that becomes outdated before delivery
SMS messaging is not a guaranteed delivery method. For time-sensitive communications, please also subscribe to our email list.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify you via SMS if required by law
- Post a notice on our website
Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Agreement
By opting in to our SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Mobile Terms of Service, including our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not opt in to our SMS program. If you have already opted in and no longer agree, please text STOP to unsubscribe.
