1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including:
- All 50 states
- Washington, D.C.
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days typically begin processing the same day
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
During high-demand periods (product launches, sales events), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Here's how to track your order:
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information
- Track Your Package: Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier's website directly
- Delivery Updates: Sign up for carrier notifications to receive real-time delivery updates
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipment is picked up by the carrier.
5. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS. However, expedited and express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to military addresses. Please note:
- Delivery times may be longer (7-21 business days)
- Shipping is handled via USPS
- Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the US
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@kagejsw.com — we may be able to update the address before shipment.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, with neighbors)
- Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still not found, contact us at info@kagejsw.com within 7 days of the delivery date
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. If your package is significantly delayed:
- Check tracking for the latest status updates
- Contact the carrier for more information
- Reach out to us if your package hasn't moved in 5+ business days
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage: Take photos of the packaging and any damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours: Email info@kagejsw.com with your order number and photos
- Keep all packaging: We may need it for a carrier claim
For items damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Return Policy for more details.
8. Order Modifications
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@kagejsw.com.
- Before Processing: We can usually modify or cancel orders that haven't begun processing
- After Processing: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. You may return the item per our Return Policy
