1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. The return period begins on the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn: Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be intact and attached
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- No Damage: Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any damage
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation email or receipt is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable
- Promotional Items: Free gifts or promotional items included with purchases
- Customized Items: Any items that have been personalized or customized
- Worn or Altered Items: Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@kagejsw.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely with all original tags attached. Include your RA number on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable method (we recommend keeping your tracking number).
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:
- Defective or damaged items (see Section 7)
- Incorrect items sent by KAGE
- Orders covered by a free return promotion
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. KAGE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
- Your bank may take additional time (3-5 business days) to post the refund to your account
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Items show signs of use or wear
- Items are returned without original tags or packaging
- Items are returned outside the 14-day window (at our discretion)
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kagejsw.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
For verified defects or damage caused during shipping, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Send a replacement item (if available) or issue a full refund
- Refund original shipping charges
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability of your preferred size or color.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds can take time to post)
- If you've done both and still don't see your refund, contact us at info@kagejsw.com
